Types of Exams

At your first visit, please specify whether you would like a new patient comprehensive exam or a problem-focused exam. The comprehensive exam is a broad exam, with the aim of creating a comprehensive treatment plan. Patients with history of regular dental care or little dental needs may have a treatment plan that involves only routine or preventative services. If you have a specific concern or are having pain, you may request a problem-focused exam. Your doctor will focus on this chief concern and, depending on the situation, may even provide same-day treatment.

Attention: Please do not complete forms until you have an appointment scheduled . If you complete forms before having an appointment scheduled, the forms will not be saved.

    Irby dentistry was awesome! They were really quick with getting back to me about an emergency extraction and it didn't hurt that dr Irby was real easy on the eyes lol! Great place! My kids had to come with me and they let them dig in the toy box for a distraction so that was cool too!
